Ingredients
For the Watermelon Skewers
8 Skewers
24 medium size chunks of seedless watermelon
1 tbls Garam masala
For the Cilantro lime raita
2 cups greek yogurt
1 tbl ginger
1 english cucumber, small diced
¼ cup lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
Place watermelon chunks on skewers, 3 per skewer. Season with Garam masala, let sit for at least 1 hour in fridge before serving.
For the Cilantro lime raita
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, let sit covered in fridge for at least 1 hour
