Ingredients
6 Apricots
1 lb of Cherries
1 Stick of Butter
2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup of Corn Starch
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Pie Crust, refrigerated, storebought
Cooking Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Roll out the Pie Crust fit the shape to the baking dish
Peel and slice the Apricots
Remove the seeds and the stems from the Cherries
Combine Fruits, Butter, Cornstarch, Sugar, and Vanilla and place into the baking dish
Top the Cobbler with the crumble of choice and bake for 35 minutes.
**Optional Toppings**
1. Cinnamon crumble
2 Cup All purpose Flour
2 Tbs Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Stick of Butter
Blend all ingredients in a mixer on low speed until mixture is course and mealy.
Spread evenly on top of the cobbler.
2. Pecan crumble
2 Cup Pecans, chopped
1 Cup All purpose Flour
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 Stick of Butter
1 Tbs Nutmeg
Blend all ingredients in a mixer on low speed until mixture is course and mealy.
Spread evenly on top of the cobbler.
3. Oats crumble
2 Cup Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Stick of Butter
1 Cup All purpose Flour
Blend all ingredients in a mixer on low speed until mixture is course and mealy.
Spread evenly on top of the cobbler.
